One-bedroom apartment for up to three guests
The apartment has approximately 65 m², with a separate bedroom, living room and one bathroom. Stretch out in a 200 × 200 cm bed, with a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed in the living room for a third guest. The maximum occupancy is three, including babies.
Private terrace with sea and pool views
From the terrace, you can see the sunset and hear the waves. La Concha Beach is approximately eight minutes away on foot.
La Concha is directly above Los Lagos, at street-access level. Its private terrace offers sea and pool views, including while seated.
The communal pool area is one floor below, reached through the communal corridor. The complex also has lifts between these levels. Pool use is included in your stay, with opening hours from 09:00 to 20:00.

Apartment layout and amenities
Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a coffee on your terrace or settle in with the Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. For coffee, choose from a capsule machine, French press or Italian moka pot.
There is a fan in the bedroom and another in the living room. Opening the terrace door and the bedroom window allows air to flow through the apartment. There is no air conditioning or heating.

The apartment is at street-access level. If you have particular mobility requirements, please ask us about the access details before booking.
- Parking: free public street parking around the building, subject to finding a space. There is no private parking space or garage.
- Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: before 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Minimum stay: two nights.
- Cleaning: standard cleaning is included. Stay eight nights or more and enjoy one additional complimentary cleaning during your stay.
- House rules: no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
