Your terrace and the pool
The terrace looks onto the pool, with the sea visible in the background when you stand on the terrace. Los Lagos Beach is approximately five minutes away on foot.
Los Lagos sits at swimming-pool level, directly below La Concha. Its private terrace opens directly onto the communal pool area. Pool use is included in your stay, with opening hours from 09:00 to 20:00.
Space for up to three guests
The apartment has approximately 65 m², with a separate bedroom, living room and one bathroom. Stretch out in a 200 × 200 cm bed, with a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed in the living room for a third guest. The maximum occupancy is three, including babies.
Before you choose Los Lagos
Access to the apartment involves going down one floor by an internal staircase. Los Lagos is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with significantly reduced mobility.

Kitchen and amenities
Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a coffee on your terrace or settle in with the Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. For coffee, choose from a capsule machine, French press or Italian moka pot.
There is a fan in the bedroom and another in the living room. Opening the terrace door and the bedroom window allows air to flow through the apartment. There is no air conditioning or heating.
Good to know
- Parking: free public street parking around the building, subject to finding a space. There is no private parking space or garage.
- Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: before 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Minimum stay: two nights.
- Cleaning: standard cleaning is included. Stay eight nights or more and enjoy one additional complimentary cleaning during your stay.
- House rules: no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

The standard accommodation price is for two guests. A third paying guest adds 15%; a baby staying as the third occupant does not incur this supplement. Babies still count towards the maximum of three guests.
